After our day of observation I brought Jordan back to the office to debrief with him about what he thought about the position.

I do this for two reasons. First I want each applicant to understand what we do and start to process if they can do it.
–

The other reason is because I am very protective of my sales office. Not everyone is a good fit for our culture and bringing them to the field allows me to see what they are like.
–

We don’t sell people on the position, after a day of observation, I like people to sell me on why they deserve the position.
