1. Talk to your customer about them. We love to hear about ourselves.

2. Remember your clients name and use it when you need to get your point across. We can’t ignore when people call our name.

3. Ask questions to show your customer that you really care. People don’t care who you are they just want to know that you care. We all want someone to relate to.
